One and Two Day Rentals include:

• A full day's use of the venue for Engagement photos. You and your photographer will love this - ​you'll get stunning photos and your photographer gets to plan for your Wedding Day.

• Use of vendors of your own choosing 

• Air conditioned Bride and Groom suites

• Catering kitchen

• 200 white and/or 150 natural chairs

• 10 white farmhouse benches (seats 50)

• Twenty-three 60” round tables

• Ten 48" round tables

• Two 8-foot long rectangular tables

• Seven 6-foot long rectangular tables

• Eight cocktail height round tables

• Six farmhouse tables

• Three Drink Service bars, may be used in multiple locations

• Ceremony and Reception space for up to 200 guests

• Use of band stage and dance floor

• Ample parking (130+ cars)

• Parking staff to assist your guests

• Golf cart with driver

• Cove Acre Farms staff sets up and takes down tables and chairs

We've decided to build our all-inclusive pricing this way for an important reason: we saw couples overwhelmed with pricing options and extra fees that led to unwanted compromises in their wedding plans in order to meet budget; we knew there was another way.
